An international team
The website houseinthelimousin.com is the English website of the real estate office Agence Franco Hollandaise. The team consists the Dutch agents Inge and Jeroen van der Ziel, Casper Rijnbende and the French agent Didier Schmitt.
We are happy to provide you with some extra information or answer your questions. The sooner you let us know in witch period you want to come over for your house hunt, the better we can schedule your visit. If you want, we can make a reservation for you in a nice Chambre d'hôtes (B&B) where they also do Table d'hôte (English spoken) or a gîte.
Inge van der Ziel

Inge works as a broker since 1998. First as an commercial real estate broker in the Netherlands and since 2008 in France. Because of her good French and English language she has a lot of contact with the sellers and you will get to know her quickly if you want more information about a property.
Jeroen van der Ziel

Jeroen has been working in building development until 2005 and has gained a lot of knowledge there. He then became a real estate agent and from 2008 worked in the Limousin in France. If you have renovation plans, he would like to think along with you.
Didier Schmitt

Didier is originally from the Alsace in France, has a commercial background, lived and worked for more than 15 years in England and speaks fluently English.
Casper Rijnbende

After flying around the world for more than 34 years as a senior purser with KLM, Casper landed in the Dordogne in 2020. Besides flying, he has owned his own contracting company and managed and maintained property projects in the Netherlands. With this experience and passion for living in France, he would love to help you sell or search for a property in North Dordogne.
