The stately and attractive house
The spacious entrance hall with its beautiful tiled floor, ceiling height and swing doors already sets the mood upon entering. To the left, a luxuriously equipped kitchen (20 m²) with island bar/table for 6 people. A kitchen to conjure up the tastiest French dishes from the Falcon induction oven! On the other side, the living room of almost 40 m² with parquet floor, cornices and approximately 2.80 m ceiling height. The room is divided into a dining room and a sitting area with marble fireplace. The area behind the folding doors has the same parquet floor. From this area, there is access to a utility room equipped with sink and a WC.

Through the beautiful borde staircase, on the left side there are 2 spacious bedrooms (19 and 20 m²), both equipped with a fireplace. On the other side of the corridor, a 3rd bedroom of about 16 m² equipped with a private bathroom in progress. A toilet and WC are already present, but the styling and finishing touches are lacking. The bathroom is also a special ‘hotel-style’ room where it is nice to stay: it is equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin with double sink and a toilet. It is possible to install a bath. There is an additional storage cupboard/dressing area in the hallway. This floor also has parquet flooring.

The staircase goes up another floor: the landing is still in its original state. There is a spacious back room (22 m²) and a fine front room (18 m²). The bathroom is modern and equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and towel radiator. The boiler is located behind a wall. The garden
Surrounding the house is a beautifully landscaped garden with various flowering borders and shrubs as well as a number of fruit trees and a pond. The former tennis court is now a terrace where the swimming pool is set up during the summer months. There is a second separate section of vegetable garden with growing beds.

Barn, showroom or gîte?
The former barn is separated from the house by a wooden fence, but this part does belong to it. It has its own access : at the front, a low stone wall with a fence. The ground floor of the barn has been transformed into a showroom about 80 m² of open space. There is an entrance door and large patio doors. The doors, windows, electrics, plumbing are recent. Turning it into a nice gîte is, with some modifications, and the necessary permit, not too big or time-consuming a job. Ideal to let family or friends enjoy this beautiful French spot!
The floor of the barn can be used as storage. Behind the last barn doors a garage of approximately 32 m². Next to the barn, an open garage of about 50 m² with a concrete floor. In the corner at the back, access to an office space located upstairs in the barn. The office involves a nice oblong room with a small fireplace, wooden floor, and wooden ceiling beams.

Old cottage
There is the small narrow house. This is still in its original state. A lot has to be done here before it can be called a gîte to accommodate family, friends or holidaymakers! Next to the house is a small porch that provides additional storage space. There is a small area of garden/grass and the front and a strip of grass along the back of the buildings. The front is a paved courtyard, but there is also additional parking/manoeuvring/storage space at the rear, obscured by a wooden fence. The total plot is 2,405 m².
