The house
This building was originally a house with an adjoining barn. The entrance to the house is on the left : you enter the 30 m² living room with its jointed walls, tiled floor and wood-burning stove. The lounge is on the first floor. Then there are 5 bedrooms (15.8 m², 14.8 m², 13.6 m², 11.3 m² and 10.7 m²), 2 of which have built-in cupboards. At the end of the corridor is the old kitchen (15.6 m²). There’s a bathroom and a shower room on this floor, which is very practical for a large family. A storage cupboard provides space for the vacuum cleaner and ironing board. A closed staircase leads to the ground floor and the second floor. Workshop
Behind the house is a separate 3-level workshop. This building has electricity (from the house) but no water. Each level is approximately 13.5 m². The second floor has French windows opening onto a balcony. A temporary stove has been installed, and the interior is in a “raw/functional” state. After some finishing work, the workshop could be used as an office or showroom, or, after applying for planning permission, you could convert it into a guest house or holiday cottage.

Wood store
The garden of the house is opposite: you have to cross the path that winds through the hamlet. Don't worry : there is very little traffic. This 161 m² plot has a view of the Limousin pastures. Access and amenities
