Cosy interior and a large workshop

This character house with a large garage/workshop is located on the edge of a small village. A cosy interior
The house overlooks the village. The exterior betrays a certain lack of attention in recent years. Inside, you will be surprised by the feel of the place. It has a classic layout with a central corridor and rooms on either side of it. The garden
Behind the house is a gravelled terrace with a pergola. The garden of approx. 2/3 acre, on a slight slope, requires little maintenance, a mower will be enough. Its upper part has been designed to take advantage of the exterior and the elevated and unobstructed view: the garden has been flattened to accommodate an overground swimming pool with a terrace around part of it and a wooden garden shed, with clay roof tiles, to store the barbecue and the garden furniture.

Amenities
In addition to the amenities in the village, a Foire is held every 18th of the month: a large market where everything is sold and which ensures that the village fills to the brim with the cars of visitors from the area and tourists. In Châteauneuf la Forêt, which is 10 minutes away, there is a large supermarket. It also has a nice swimming lake with a beach.
