Access and amenities
Soumans has a population of around 500. There's a mini-market, bakery, post office, municipal swimming pool, garage and restaurant....... For sports enthusiasts: the Herculat lake, the sports complex with football stadium, boules pitch and city stadium. And, of course, the Soumans Arboretum.
