This village house was built around 1940 and extended in the mid-1970s, completely and tastefully renovated in 2016. It is ready to live in with its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two-storey outbuilding. No works are needed, it is connected to the public sewerage system and you can immediately enjoy a beautifully wooded and landscaped plot. The house is a short walk from the village with all amenities.
The house
On the ground floor is a tiled open kitchen (approx. 20m²/215,58 ft²) opening onto the living room with a solid pine floor with wood stove less than a year old. To the left of the kitchen are two bedrooms (approx. 10m²/107,64 ft² each) with floating floors. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet. Behind the kitchen is a storage room with washing machine, 150-litre hot water tank and distribution board.
On the 1st floor is a mezzanine above the living room, with solid pine floor, which can be used as a study or reading room. The master bedroom is under the insulated roof with skylight and storage space on either side. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink and Gerflor floor and skylight.
The single-storey house is west-facing with no basement. It is connected to mains drainage. There is combined wood and electric heating. The house is covered with asbestos slates. The entrance hall is covered with recent natural slates.
Outbuildings
A stone and breezeblock building with a steel roof and on the ground floor, a storage of about 16.5 m². On the upper floor is a workshop of about 20.5 m² accessible through a double door on the facade. Both levels have electricity with their own electrical panel.
Outside
Attractive landscaped garden with trees (walnut, plum, apple, cherry, hazel, all mature and productive) of about 2,800 m²/0,69 acres with large gravelled parking area. There’s a possibility of installing a swimming pool (in ground or above ground). A small cul-de-sac joins the village's main road and turns into an inalienable right of way over the property of a more distant house, before reaching the house at the end of the lane. The house stands at the entrance to the property. The garden, which is partially fenced, is surrounded by agricultural plots and the end of a neighbouring garden, all of which are raised. So there is no overlooking. The owners have bought a wooden fence which they have not installed, but which they leave to future owners.
