Meilhards is a village with a Mairie and Salle de Fêts, depot-de-pain and a bar-restaurant for the Menu Ouvrier at lunchtime or an aperitif. For the groceries you have to rely on the nearby Chamberet, which provides all necessary facilities such as a bakery, supermarket, several restaurants etc. You can also go the the nearby Masseret, well known for its Château d'eau.
