Renovation project with porch, 2 barns on 3,4 acres

The potential is there : a nice houce with the characteristic stone walls, stone window frames, the fireplaces and ceiling height, the porch-building and the 2 large barns. In fact you only need to view the floor plan, because it is clear that the house needs to be renovated from basement to attic floor. The sleeves will have to be rolled up for 6 months to turn this house a comfortable and chamring house again! The ground floor of the house consists of a kitchen area (21 m²) with large fireplace and on the other side of the central corridor a room (15.5 m²) with cloakroom. The ceiling height of the ground floor is 2.67 m! Adjacent to the left is a garage of 18 m² that can also be transformed into the living area. One floor higher you will find two bedrooms of 13 m² at the front and two bedrooms of 10 m² at the rear. The attic floor is a large open space that can also be drawn to the living space. The cross truss is at a height of 1.50 m. You will have to stoop your head or raise the crossbars slightly. In the description you miss the toilet and the bathroom. These are indeed missing ... Adjacent to the garage is a porcherie building of no less than 18 meters long. In the first part there is a bread oven. There are a lot of possibilities for this building (summerkitchen, gîte, workshop, stock etc.)! Diagonally opposite the house is a barn of 17.5 * 10 meters. The 4 arched doors give access to the former cowsheds. On the side a large barn door for the floor. Behind the barn there is a hangar in bad condition. On the access side of the site is a 2nd barn with almost the same size, but this barn has only 1 level. You will soon be able to dream of the range of local hardware stores and sawmills: from floorboards, electricity, plumbing, drywall, insulation material, kitchen, bathroom, septic tank and so on…... The outside walls will not have to be tackled, but everything else needs to be renewed! This property is located on the outer edge of a dead-end hamlet. The path is only paved to the barn, the part after and around the buildings is unpaved. The hamlet consists of only 4 houses. You are completely surrounded by meadows and forests, privacy guaranteed! The total terrain covers approximately 13,700 m² and is fairly flat. There are a number of large trees in front of the house, behind which is the meadow. The site can use a good pruning and cutting. From the house you can take various walks through the paths that lead to the surrounding meadows. For the experienced cyclist there are new routes to discover every time. A small supermarket and a bakery are approximately a 10-minute drive away. For the large supermarket you are dependent on Châteauneuf la Forêt, which can be reached within 15-20 minutes by car.
