Former presbytery

A building with a rich history, where many clerics have spent their time. Adjacent to the church and partly renovated. The ground floor has the glory back: all walls are rendered, new double glazed windows and shutters, exposed beams. At the rear doors opening to the garden. There are two rooms, of which one with a big fireplace, and a small space, still in poor condition, in between both. In addition to the church wall, a small room that could well serve as a wardrobe and / or toilet. One floor up the history is clearly visible, because this floor is still in its original state. On the left a large open space which already has once again joined walls, but where still are some point to finish (painting of the ceiling and doors). The adjacent small room was intended as en-suite bathroom. On the other side of the staircase, the space is divided into two rooms. Next to it, as well as on the ground a little extra (storage) space. Another floor higher you go in an un insulated attic. The truss structure and limited height make it usable as storage space or (emergency) guest room. The floor must be completely replaced. Under the presbytery there is a vaulted cellar (cave voûtée). There is an elevated garden at the front of the house and a deep garden at the rear. On the side of the church wall is a small canopy for storage of garden furniture and firewood. Beside an extension that belongs to the church. There is a wall at the back of the garden. The atmosphere in the house and its location next to the church is special. There needs to be some work done, but with the advantage that everything you do is your choice!
