Châteauneuf la Forêt


Châteauneuf is a larger village that has all amenities. Châteauneuf la Forêt has a large supermarket, several bakeries , an auberge, bar tabac as well as a cinema and tennis courts. In the village there is also the high school for the surrounding area. In the village regularly vide-grenier , markets or other festivities. It has also a lake, which is widely used by swimmers , fishermen or walkers. The lake has a beach and children's area , which in summer is guarded by several lifeguards. But you can also do your shopping in Limoges which is at 30 minutes distance. Limoges has also an airport, with regular flights to the UK.
